The best way to find out if you are a good candidate for Prolotherapy and get all your questions answered is by booking a New Patient Consultation.

In this appointment you and Dr. Dave will:

• Review your specific health concerns and goals

• Provide a physical exam which may include ultrasound if appropriate

• Determine if you are a good candidate for Prolotherapy

• Discuss treatment options and align on a Treatment Plan that includes areas to be treated, estimated number of treatments, and costs

• Review what to expect after your treatment including post-treatment care instructions for optimum results and expectations for healing

• Talk through any questions you have about your Treatment Plan (if applicable) and health goals

New Patient Consultations cost $350.

New Patient Consultations are typically done in-person at offices in Chicago and West Palm Beach. However, they may be done virtually via Telemedicine in some cases.
